The company has been operating since 2015. At the beginning, we were a small company that only existed on the internet sales. Our passion and knowledge about the medical market has allowed us to develop. During this time, we opened two new offices in Krakow with showrooms and a warehouse in Myszków (85 km from Kraków). We have introduced new brands to the Polish market which have become fully recognizable. From a small company we have become a conglomerate of entities (stationary medical shops, e-commerce companies, sales representatives, legal support, repair service) whose goal is close relations and further development.

Our strategy assumes building a competitive advantage through the highest quality products, logistics and efficient maintenance services for sold products. We also ensure full compliance with legal requirements for the sale of medical devices – we make all reports and notifications required by European and Polish law (in particular COUNCIL DIRECTIVE 93/42/EEC of 14 June 1993 concerning medical devices and POLISH ACT of May 20, 2010 on medical devices). The company also focuses on online sales. This allows us to reach customers from all over Poland. The internet sales market in Poland is very developed – internet shopping is highly trusted by people in Poland. And the trends are still rising. Thanks to this, we increase revenues at an annual rate of 20-30%.

We are a socially engaged company. Since 2018 we have been cooperating with the Children’s Health Center in Warsaw – the largest children’s hospital in Poland. We transfer 2% of the purchase value to the hospital as donation. Our strategy is to choose one entity with whom we cooperate at that field- we care about long-term relationships. Building long-term relationships, moreover, applies to all areas of the company’s activities.
